Computer tracks all your workout data including time, speed, distance, estimated calorie burn, pulse, recover, body fat and rpm.
Comes complete with in-built receiver and chest strap for accurate heart rate monitoring and control.
Programs cater all fitness levels, from Manual mode to 12 Pre-set program profiles, HRC programs, User Programs and a Watts (Constant Power) program.

Is the backrest of the Bodyworx A732 infinitely adjustable vertically or does it have set holes? Can the angle be adjusted?

its like a car....its a side knob that your rotate to pivot back or forward. So yes, it is "infinite".

enquiring about ur recumbent exercise bike Bodyworx A732.Is assembly required and is it very complicated. Can u organise for assembly if I request one on ordering.

All fitness equipment requires assembly. The A732 is mostly assembled when you take it out of the box, but in order to fit into the box for transit from Taiwan, it is broken down into a few large pieces. Assembly is fairly straight-forward. We cannot assemble for you as we use Toll IPEC couriers, who do not offer this service.
