please explain: Is this bike is useful to reduce the extra pounds around the waste line and hips. if dont please suggest the appropriate machine. I am interested to buy one. thanks

Any of our exercise machines are useful to reduce weight. The outcome is more to do with how you use the machine, rather than the machine itself.




Hello, We have recently hired one of these bikes to trial before we possibly buy one, however we do not have any instructions on how to set the bike up to time a workout or use other features of this bike. Are we able to view an instruction manual on-line or is the a PDF document we could download please? Regards, Graham
