Are you Open/Delivering?

Yes, our stores remain open, our warehouses remain open, and the Government has indicated that courier services are considered an "essential service".

Even if retail stores are required to close in the future, we will still be keeping our online store and warehouses open, and couriers will deliver items no matter what, so you can confidently order, and not be concerned about getting your products.

How Long will Delivery Take?

The process is actually the same as normal, but things are taking longer than normal due to high demand and extra precautions - please see our Delivery Details Page. This means slower dispatch, and longer waits. Sorry - this is the same for all suppliers and retailers.

There are also some other courier issues at the moment, such as their websites showing unrealistic "ETA" dates, and mistakenly showing that items have not been collected when they have. Again, please click the link above for more details.

Do you Have Stock?

Whilst stock levels are lower than usual, we are keeping our website updated, so you can see if we have each item in stock, like this... www.fitonline.com.au/do-you-have-stock 

There is a small chance that you order something which has just run out of stock, but if this happens, we will contact you ASAP to let you know this, and offer you an alternative or a full refund.

But generally, if you see "add to cart" on our website, we have stock of that item.

The Future?

Yes, who knows?! As noted above, we will be doing everything in our power to remain open and operational as usual. Naturally, if the Government makes compulsory changes we will have to comply, so please be understanding and respectful of this.
