Assembly of equipment in Sydney.
This only applies to equipment where the "installation" option is visible below the product price, and must be added at time of purchase. See example image below;
Only certain areas are included (refer to details on each product page) and additional charges may apply if you live outside these areas, or your premises is difficult to access (eg. steep driveway, or lots of steps).
Rubbish removal not included.
Timing of installation will be worked out between you and our independent installers, depending on mutual availability. Installers only visit certain parts of the city on certain days. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation on this.
** Please note that public-holiday periods (eg. Christmas, Easter) cause significant delays - order placed before these periods may not be able to be installed for some time after placement, sorry. Please contact us if you need to clarify this.
