As a 2012 Summer Special, we're offering FREE FREIGHT on all treadmills sold to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide or Perth until end February 2012.
Otherwise...
There is a small freight charge with every order, ranging from $4.95 to $49.95. The freight charge will calculate automatically in our shopping cart, depending on weight and destination, prior to your order being finalised.
To get an initial freight estimate, add something to your cart, and then you will see a "calculate shipping" button below the "Shopping Cart" icon on the top right. You don't have to commit to an order to do this!
We believe we have the lowest freight costs in the industry because we tend to subsidise freight in order to make our products more widely accessible.
Please note that we have one freight charge for customers in “capital cities” (all the capitals except Darwin, Hobart and Canberra) and a slightly higher charge outside these areas. Please be sure to select the right one for you!
However, for a small number of distant regional areas (esp. regional WA and Cape York) which may fall outside our usual freight coverage, the system-quoted rate may need to be increased. You will be notified if this applies to you.
Location
We ship directly to you from warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Ballina.
There is no store pickup option for online sales.
How do we Ship?
We use Toll IPEC and TNT (or their affiliates) wherever possible, who deliver Monday to Friday during business hours.
Please advise any special requests (eg. call before delivery) in your order.
Where’s my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can track its status by logging in as a "member". There is;

"New Order" - we've received your order and are in the process of confirming stock and payment

"In progress" - the office is processing the paperwork for your order

"Ready to ship" - all the paperwork is done, and we've asked the relevant warehouse to dispatch to you - this can take a few days, as these items are very heavy and couriers do not always pick up daily, so your order may be in this status for a little while.

"Partially shipped" - we've sent part of your order, and there's more of your order about to ship out (you will receive an email detailing this)

"Shipped" - Your whole order has left the warehouse and is with the courier.
When the item leaves our warehouse ("shipped"), we will email you again with courier contact details and package tracking details. It's then easiest for you to liaise directly with the courier to confirm delivery. Courier contacts are;
Delivery usually takes 3-10 working days, however due to unusual circumstances (such as public holidays, carrier disputes, flooding, etc.) we cannot always achieve this. If there is a longer delay, we will notify you.
A few tips !
Ensure someone is home to help couriers unload heavy items like treadmills. There is usually only 1 person - the driver.
Couriers will not (and cannot) carry heavy items up stairs or inside your house/unit. If you have many stairs, or the item needs to be moved around inside your house/complex, you will need to make your own arrangements for this. Couriers deliver to a ground-level door (this is not our policy, but the courier's!).
Think about this in advance if the item is heavy, and line-up a helpful neighbour, or a local handy-man to help if you need to.
If no-one can be home to sign for delivery (eg. you're away at work Mon-Fri), please make alternative arrangements directly with the courier company, such as;

ask a family member or friend to be there to accept delivery,

get it delivered to a neighbour, who is home, then collect it from them after hours

get delivery delayed until a day when you can be home,

get it redirected to your work address or a friend’s work address

provide a “permission to leave” – this is written permission for the courier to leave it in a safe location (eg. on the side veranda, or in the garage) without a signature.
