A trusted, name-brand anti-burst fitball (aka gym-ball, swiss-ball), useful for a range of toning exercises, or just improving your posture and core strength while sitting at the computer!
Comes in 3 sizes.
*** The size you need depends on the application and your own size. Under normal use;
- under 5' 4" would use a 55cm fitball
- over 5' 10" would use a 75cm fitball
- all others use a 65cm fitball.
Please note that colour may vary from the photos. Different sizes of gym-ball tend to come with different colours.
